What gets measured
- SwiftSched: visits per tech-day, driving between stops, visits past due.
- SiteForta: changes found per job, share priced and signed, days from change to signed change order.
- Approval trail: every suggestion, who approved it, and what happened next.
- Publication status: no public result until it is measured and the customer approves.
