Questions owners ask first
What does Oasis actually build?
Software that watches one part of your operation, such as your schedule, your quotes, or your job records, notices when something is about to cost you money, and prepares the fix with its reasoning. A person on your team approves it before anything changes, and it works alongside the software you already use.
How is this different from an AI chatbot?
A chatbot waits for a question. Oasis watches the work and brings you one specific decision: this due visit, this long drive between stops, this wall the customer asked to move. It shows what the change does in minutes, miles, capacity, or cost exposure, and it will tell you when the right move is to leave things as they are.
Our schedule is already full. Is there still a leak?
Often, yes. Fully booked is not the same as well booked. Long drives between stops, the wrong visit in a scarce slot, and due customers pushed past their service window all cost money on a full calendar. A leak review checks whether that is true for your routes.
What does a leak review cost?
The 30-minute leak review is free. If the leak is worth fixing, you get a fixed-fee quote for a 30-day pilot within one business day, and the fee is credited toward the subscription if you continue. If it is not worth fixing, we say so.

Do I have to switch from FieldRoutes, Jobber, or Buildertrend?
No. The leak review can start from an export of the system you already use, and that system stays your record of truth. SwiftSched and SiteForta are there when a ready product fits; we will tell you what a direct connection to your current tool would take before you commit.
We already have route optimization in FieldRoutes or Jobber. Why SwiftSched?
Many tools can reorder the stops you already booked. The leak we look for is in how the week gets built: which due visits land on which day and technician, and how much driving each choice adds. SwiftSched shows that for every suggestion and waits for your approval, and it can start from an export of your current software. Buildertrend and JobTread already do change orders. What does SiteForta add?
Those tools manage a change once someone enters it. The costly changes are the ones nobody entered: a request on site, a line in a foreman's note, a few extra crew hours.
